Stay away from this company. Peter Madden was a complete scam artist. Greed and deception is what he's all about. He took advantage of emotions for a family vacation home and was in cahoots with another agent from another company who was presented as a "contractor" who would renovate the home. We knew we weren't getting face value at the time and they both significantly personally profited from the transaction. Six weeks later it sold to a developer who tore it down. The whole experience was shady and an ethical violation for sure.
