Dr.Raab has been my doctor for the last 11 years. He is a knowledgeable physician and nurses practitioners Dawn and Teresa are very friendly professionals as well. They definitely deserve five stars! However, unfortunately, the office is chaotic: so many times they forgot to send paperwork or scripts to lab or other specialists, so you have to get a real script ( a hard copy) or call to lab to find out whether they sent that script over or not. Being a very sociable and flexible person, I never felt comfortable around that office folks. I cant say they are rude, but sometimes you hear that irritation in their voice when you want to ask them a question or call them. The last straw was this past fall when I had pain in chest and Dr. Raab sent me to a stress test; he gave Mary a script with words Urgent on it, saying that they would send it on the same day. Mary sent that script eight days later, and when I called her in a couple of days, asking about that, she was lashing out at me, saying that the doctor still did not write that script, that she knows what she is doing, etc. I understand that it could be her blue day, but you do not talk to patients like that. I felt like a misbehaving second grader at that moment. This is my second negative comment I wrote for the entire life, and I am 60 . Again, I want to thank Dr. Raab, Teresa, and Dawn for all quality care I got from them, but I strongly believe that any patient should feel comfortable in the docs office as soon as he or she enters it and all necessary paperwork must be delivered on time.

This is one of the rare healthcare providers out there that will actually take their time with you, listen to you, and brainstorm to figure out solutions for you. Dr. Raab, Dawn and Theresa are all excellent at what they do.

Ive been going to Dr Gary Raab for years. The office staff so great. Dr Raab the absolute best doctor. Hes always on point how to treat me.
