Overpriced junk always falls apart. Stones are misrepresented as genuine. They will NEVER exchange an item that fell apart even the same day. They will NEVER accept a return with a gift receipt as promised.

Bought a necklace there a year ago. Broke the same day. Tried to get them to exchange but due to their wonderful store policy would not do anything. Took it anyway for possible repair. Long story short, a year later they still have it and today when I went in to get it, they would not return it to me. They said they didn't have it. I would NEVER buy anything there- not to mention that the sales people are rude.
