First, I explained everything on the forms they made me fill out. I hadn't slept for a couple of days and I was hoping for some kind of medication that I heard that would work. In the past I was prescribed a medication that helped me when I went to that location. It was not controlled and had side effects that were acceptable.I also explained everything to the assistant who told me that she would send in a "provider". Please Note that this is not necessarily a doctor. The provider came in and asked me to repeat the entire thing and I asked why is that necessary and she said I need you to repeat it over again. I thought that was also ridiculous. So I gave her the entire story a second time and she told me we don't prescribe medicine for sleep. It wasn't really for sleep. That's just not true because they had done it for me in the past. It was to help me sleep for a few days. She refused and offered me an strong antihistamine. I told her I like to avoid those medications because they cause dementia. I also told her you could have refused before I came in because it was all written on the form. She says. I apologize. These are not actual doctors that treat you. I think most of us reputation comes from the earlier days. Now they're just pointless. I'll go back to city, MD. They don't make you repeat things. 50 times they have a doctor and they actually prescribe something that makes sense I hope you do well whoever you are. I was a patient at this exact location more than once. Once it was good but more recently it was bad. I disagree with the person who wrote that I was not known as a patient. I would have no reason to write a review if I weren't. The reason it was bad care is not only did they not read my intake form at all. They did not read the first interviewers intake form. They simply had me repeat a third time. That's not good care. Also proof that it's bad care is that they did send a prescription that I did not want to a pharmacy that I did not use. This was because they did not even take the time to read the intake form. So the reply here is completely inappropriate for the situation that I experienced.
