        Compared to other HSA/FSA companies we have worked with, this one falls far short.  They do not reimburse claims promptly and the online chat feature on the website never works.  The website claims a 2-4 day remibursement time for direct deposit.  We have been waiting many weeks for reimbursements, so their claim is not remotely true.

        Worst benefits website I've ever seen. Just shows a reimbursement is "scheduled" but no idea when it is scheduled for. Never received a debit card even though it showed in the site. Canceled it and requested another and they charged for it. Forget getting a response. They don't answer the phone, just say leave a message and then they never call back. Pretty much planning on not doing the FSA next year because of this company.
