Verizon Authorized Retailer - Express Store

This store is scamming customers with extra “store charge fees” They charged me $55 store charge and when I ask for what it was they said it was because of them handling the phone and the service they provided. I should have been change only for the taxes of the phone. There was no backed up done or no time spent on this phone. It was a brand new phone where I had to do the activation myself

I am a Nutley resident and have never tried this store until yesterday. Luis Tejada was incredible. He helped me get great value on my trade in and got me set up with my new phone. He took the time to answer every question and not make me feel rushed. And he even helped transfer all my stuff onto my new phone. Would go back any time!
