I would not recommend this contractor due to the fact they have very poor communication. When you do get an answer, the CEO will give you ever excuse in the book to sell you for you to go away, they will not correct the problem. They will butter you up until they get your final payment then disappear like a ghost when you still have ongoing problems. This contractor is profits over people.

We have used Creative Design on three separate occasions. Their work is excellent and the projects they handled for us were on-time and within our budget. When we began all of the projects we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted but Glen offered some other possibilities that worked out better for us. There was no 'sales' pressure, just some excellent suggestions. Whenever we had an issue either during or after the project they were resolved in a timely manner by Creative employees. We would definitely use Creative Design in the future and certainly recommend them. Thank you Glen and Creative staff.

Our friends used Creative Design and told us  they were expensive but they did a good job.  Glen is a smooth talker but we found out quickly how expensive they were but we hoped that the work would be worth it and free of problems.  We soon found out they  nickel and dime us over things that we thought should be included but were not. We thought that despite this they would stand by their work. They did not!  Unfortunately once they were paid we could not get them back even though they were supposed to stand by their work for 5 years. WE WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN!!!!
