Royal Sands was converted to private condominiums about 25 years ago. They have rental units available and condo owners do make their units available through the rental office for renters. The property is well maintained & well managed. They have a heated inground pool & laundry facilities. It's located on the beach block a 1 minute walk to the beach.

They are rude!!! So rude!! I don’t recommend this place. The management is awful!! They don’t clean rooms, they only change towels. Their communication is unacceptable. I kept going up and down asking for garbage bags. So disappointed!!!
