I wish there was a higher rating I could give these people. The entire culture there is quite good! From the friendliness of the staff to the impeccable cleanliness, to the professional attention to detail . . . I would not hesitate in recommending this eye surgery facility to family and friends! By the way, our very successful cataract procedure was done by Dr. Alan Salz at the Surgery Center of Central New Jersey in North Brunswick, NJ (run by Wills Eye Hospital (based in Philadelphia)). A class act all around! One needs this when ones eye is involved! No?

I recently had a cataract operation here and requested no sedation. My surgeon Dr Liu talked me thru the entire operation. Everyone involved from the front desk to the nurses were fantastic! I wish all medical facilities were run this efficiently!

Got there at 11 Appt at 11:15 Check in around 11:30 Went in at 1:30 She waited an hour inside before surgery Done at 3:30 Waiting over 2 hours for an appointment is ridiculous and unprofessional. Especially considering my relative is a diabetic and did not eat that morning because of the surgery. And after the surgery was done, the nurse bringing us back snapped at us for having two people coming back to get her to the car, saying usually we only allow one. Meanwhile, we are the last people in this office, every patient has left and most of the staff left as well. That nurse also made my relative sign a paper that she understands post op instruction while still drowsy from the anesthesia. In addition, they are not HIPAA compliant. There is a check-in paper with every patients full name, time of appointment, and doctor they are seeing. This paper wasnt covered or moved. This is how I also know there was a patient scheduled after my relatives appointment; still, somehow, my relative was the last patient. Also the room where they confirm information isnt closed off and orients in the waiting area can hear whats being said. The other patients in the waiting room and the receptionist, who was mostly at the front desk, were the only saving point of this practice. I hope the surgery was better than the professional aspect of this place.
