Horrible customer service and extremely rude. From the minute I walked in, I got a really cold vibe. I went in to get a new ring setting I purchased online evaluated and to get some education on ring width and durability since I was having second thoughts if I went too thin with my band and this store was local. He essentially told me he can't help me or answer anymore questions because I wasn't purchasing anything from him and he wasnt getting any business. I was planning to get my diamond remounted or possibly upgraded as well and needed to purchase a new matching band, but he wouldn't know that because he didn't want to give me the light of day. There was no one else in the store and it was the middle of the day. You just lost a potential new customer. I have never experienced such a horrible attitude from any business in my life!

I was looking for a unique wedding band that would suit my engagement ring and was having a hard time finding something that I liked and from a place that was reliable. excellent customer service and great prices! greatest experience for my first time walking in. this store and is items are amazing. just go see for yourself. great selection of items men and women. best prices i have ever gotten from a jeweler. great quality and prices are to die for. you can not turn away the amazing deals and politeness from the entire store staff. i highly recommend this is the hot spot for beautiful jewelry
