        Sitting in front of Andover Discount Tire on a Saturday. Sign says they open at 8am. Web says they open at 8am. There are 4 other ppl waiting, one lady has an appointment for 8:30am. It's 9:03 am and no one is here. Huh. Great customer service experience or rather no customer service. Even if the opener was running late, there are no employees in there to open the door?

        Called to get a quote on 4 tires last week, spoke with Ken (the OWNER) who gave me a price well above STS and Wal Mart but assured me that he had included everything in his prices and the other guys don't list taxes, fees, mounting, and disposal in their prices. Get in today to have the tires put on and all of a sudden the price is even higher. Apparently "including everything" to Ken means everything but taxes. So now I've been scammed and they already have the tires off my car before I know the final total. It doesn't end there though. No, now I'm sitting in the waiting room listening to them make fun of me and laugh and laugh about the price. Amazing. Only buy your tires here if you enjoy being ripped off and then laughed at for it.
