Wow! It's hard to imagine a bigger home nightmare than needing a new septic system.
Thank heaven for Beth!!!
She and her team turned what should have been a real shi* experience (pardon the pun) into an absolute pleasure.
The first time we talked she told me, "You write the check and I'll take care of everything else." And that's just what she did!
But wait... There's more: In addition to keeping us informed every step of the way, she finished the job early and for less than her estimate - and she got it all done (I kid you not) by pulling all her crews in so they could beat a snowstorm the week before Christmas!!!
Our house closed today - and we owe it all to Malkin Environmental.

Beth Malkin and her crew are top notch, they responded immediately to our septic line emergency, diagnosed the problem and worked overtime to get us up and running. Expert, efficient, professional. We were so pleased with their work, would never hire anyone else going forward.

Beth Malkin sent me a final bill on 2/3/2021 and had a due date printed of 3/3/2021.
2 days after sending the bill, Beth starts calling and texting me non-stop, HARASSING me continuously on a Saturday for the final payment, threatening to show up to my house.
There’s no other way to describe her behavior - it was harassment. It was embarrassing and frankly my wife and I were scared.
Beth then threatened to withhold paperwork that was owed to the township. When I called the township, they wouldn’t talk to me and directed me to speak to Beth.
Beth then finally agreed to wait with me at the township until they issued the final certificate of completion for the septic that I needed. When the township didn’t turn it around immediately, and when I kindly reminded her of our agreement, she SCREAMED at me at the top of her lungs outside the municipal buildings telling me she would put a lien on my house. This was still 1 month before the due date of the bill!
My relationship with Beth was a good one up until time of final payment. Unfortunately, she destroyed my confidence in this business.
I would never do business with Malkin again due to her behavior, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Beth Malkin was extremely unprofessional.
