Very disappointed with the service and professionalism of this team. For over 9 months tried to correct misinformation on a death certificate and still nothing took place. They seem to make up claims without substance and refer to things that are 5 years old that are unjustified. Never even reached out to the PCP to verify the documentation. Wondering if this type of behavior is done on purpose. Check every document they produce.

Monica is great, staff other than Julie are terrible. I mean they sent me a $5 credit then asked for it back, we paid it back and now they keeping asking for it again. Ive been going there for over ten years and they are treating me like garbage, also they never follow up with you on test results and are open at inconvenient times. If Monica started her own practice Id leave immediately and am considering leaving anyways because the staff is so incompetent. Julie is the only one who knows what shes doing. I want to update my review: Helen is atrocious. I heard they got new staff recently so hopefully they sent her packing. This woman literally told me to google the results of my labwork, refused to have anyone review the ks work and call me (they ordered it!), and then said the one day I am off in two months was already full. Helen if you see this you really need to kick rocks you suck in more ways than one.

Im sitting here in the waiting room after an hour and a half. Pushing two hours and 3 people who had appointments after me have been seen. I told the nurse or whatever she is, when she called the last patient in and she was unbelievably rude. Her response was I dont even know your name and then I told her this isnt fair they cannot run an office this way and she rudely said ok. Go tell the doctor that thankfully another girl took me in and was very sweet and apologetic even though it wasnt her fault. The receptionists are really nice especially Julie. This review is mainly for the wait time and how people who had appointments after me were seen before me. Dr Nadarajah himself is great thankfully and was very helpful and heard me out regarding my sleep apnea.

My family and I have been long time patients in his office. We have received nothing but the up most greatest of care and kindness from him and his staff, from the time we walk into his office we are greeted by his friendly front staff who I have seen personally seen assisting elderly or disabled patients with filling out forms, answering questions to explaining tests ordered, and what not. Yes, their have been times where my family and I have had to wait due to emergencies in which we have witnessed him, his nurses and medical assistants rushing to assist patients who have fallen in the buildings lobby or parking lot. When my grandmother was diagnosed with cancer two years ago he personally went above and beyond for her from being in the hospital, toher after hospital care at her hospital follow up, he called a local oncologist and had a consult setup immediately, made sure his staff called to follow up on her care up until her very passing, he was up front and honest with us from day one in which we are forever grateful for.
