Plaza Restaurant

I see Plaza permanent closed. Ate her 1971 - 1983 Good honest food Pork Chops, Roast Beef, Whipped Potato's and Whole Green Beans. A clean and friendly employees. Good prices a place people went back to often. Nothing lasts forever, everything change's in life. Bye Newtons Past !!!

The plaza has become one of our favorite breakfast places to go to on our day's off as innkeepers. Frank and his staff are great people and very accommodating. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the decor very appealing. We also love the "Rat Pack" era music that is always playing. The restrooms are always very clean. A wonderful place to linger and chat with friends or with Frank and the staff who have become friends. You really should pay them a visit. Oh, and we should mention that Frank makes his own fresh mozzarella daily. Yummmm.

WOW! The restaurant has a diner type menu for lunch with a gourmet menu for dinner. We had sausage and pepper sandwiches served on ciabatta rolls. The sausage was premium grade, and the peppers and onions tasted like they were picked from the garden. The chef even added potatoes like an italian hot dog at our request YUM! There was a boat load of frenchfries on each plate, crispy with a light flavor. They must use very good, clean oil :) On the recommendation of others, I am looking forward to eating dinner there sometime soon. Their fresh fish dishes sound amazing. When we first walked in, the first thing I noticed was how CLEAN, sparkling and new everything is. The waitress had her back to me, and was wiping down each and every vase and glass condiment container like it was her own home. The decor is beautiful pasta plates and signs on the wall, and boats and upscale fun things to look at. And the bathrooms were clean, clean, clean :) Bottom line, the staff, the food, the atmosphere, The Plaza Restaurant has it all!
