Didn't look very professional. When I went there were two woman sitting on lawn chairs in the lot, I was a bit confused as so whether I was in the right place but after asking questions they stated I was. I had made a reservation for a 10' truck some days before but after getting I notice there were no trucks around. The ladies stated that they were sorry but there weren't any trucks available at the moment. I mentioned my reservation but it didn't really make much of a difference. They mentioned they could try to arrange something for me which I gladly accepted but while they were on hold for about 10 minutes trying to figure something out I decided to do my own reservation online and cancel that one. Definitely wouldn't go there again...
