This Uhaul location does not pride itself on ethical practices, the workers spend too much time vaping in vehicles as opposed to servicing customers, I was charged an additional $130 to my card after being told that my vehicle exceeded 100 miles despite only traveling 6. It's unfortunate in Black and Brown communities that we are subject to such treatment from multi million dollar organizations. The acting manager showed little remorse.
