Sloppiest medical supplier. It took them more a 2 to find the order which was placed through Wellcare. Once found, I called them several times. Most of the time i reached answering machine. If I was lucky to get to speak to a person. She said they will deliver tomorrow. But tomorrow never came. Ended up going there and pickup the equipment.

I found this location through my insurance for an item that would have to be specially ordered. I dropped my scrip on Monday and spoke to Latisa. She was very nice and helpful. She let me know she wasn't sure if the order called for a special shoe or an insole. She would contact my doctor to clarify. If it was for a special shoe she couldn't do it but would send me to another place. If the order was for the specialized insole she could do it. I contacted her Monday afternoon and she updated me she left a message for the doctor and sent a fax as well. Tuesday afternoon I called for an update and was asked to leave a message. I left Latisa a message, if the doctor wasn't calling her back then I would like to move forward with just the insole or I can just take the script to the other location. Never heard anything back. Wednesday afternoon I called again to follow up. After being placed on hold for 3-4 minutes lady comes back and ask if she can take a message. Huh No you cannot take another message and I am offended that Latisa who I know is sitting right there couldn't at least get on the phone with me for an update. I politely told her No no message I will be to pick up my prescription. When I arrived to this location less than 10 minutes sure enough there is Latisa never looked up, apologized or said anything. The other lady gave me my prescription and I left. I know this is a small community location but they really need to learn customer service skills. I wish I could have given 1/2 star.
