I am super impressed with the professionalism that Federal Surveillance provided when installing 13 security cameras at The HUBB Arts & Trauma Center. They handled the job in literally 3 days and I feel totally safe and protected with the cameras and system. One other great thing was that Carl, the owner, previously came out and quoted us a year earlier and things didnt go as plan but Carl honored that same quote and provided the integrity that he first represented. Lastly, they had young men working for them and that showed me that they too were about Helping Us Become Better! Salute Federal Surveillance!

Carl and his team installed 8 cameras for me at a property in East Orange and did a great job. His customer service is on point! I called today and he was there within the hour to rectify the situation. I strongly recommend Federal Surveillance Systems.

I contacted several companies to install security cameras on my house, they sent someone that same day in the afternoon. Carl came to my house and walked around the property and told me how and what direction the cameras would face and record, he was very helpful. Told me of the different systems they have (Dvr/regular cameras vs Nvr/ip cameras) Carl gave me a very good offer on the Nvr system . Carl and his worker I think his name was Christopher (not sure if is name is correct sorry if wrong) came to the house and installed the system. They cleaned up and finished, and Carl showed me the system and downloaded the app to my phone and help set it up, and came me detailed instructions on how to install on my wife’s phone later. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
