Awesome school, instructors and staff. And it's not just karate for kids and adults. There's also Zumba, Kickboxing, Private Instruction and Herbalife Fitness.shakes.

This place and the owners here are WONDERFUL! Super friendly, caring and helpful. I just started bringing my daughter here and she fit right in. They were impressed by how good she was and made sure they let her know! Looking forward to this journey for my daughter!

This place is a gem. They have wonderful classes for kids, adults and everyone In between :)I have taken a couple of zumba classes with friends, family and my spouse and it was amazing. Arelis is the zumba instructor there and she really makes you work upa sweat and while you are doing so you are cracking up, having fun and you do not realize that you are putting in a good hour workout.Maribel (Shinsei) the karate instructor is wonderful. She delivers constant high service to the community and to the youth. These ladies always do wonderful community activates that create and add to the culture of the local area. I am so happy when I come here, I wish I lived closer!KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GIRLS!!!

I have been bringing my son here for 3 years for karate and just started coming myself for workout classes and I have never felt more at home. The owner and instructors CARE and that is hard to find now a days. They make every family feel like they matter and have a voice. They don't just let your kids move up in belt because you pay the fee. They actually teach them what is needed and they have to work for it. Their classes have helped my son with his discipline and helps him release all the extra energy he can't during regular school hours. If you miss a class they will allow you to make it up as long as you inform them. The workout classes for adults are amazing. No Judgment zone and allows you to work at your own pace. They motivate you and hold you accountable. I am not a fit person and in 2 months I was able to not only lose some weight and inches, but actually enjoyed working out. They offer Zumba, NJHITT, and Kickboxing classes. They also have Nerf night for parents where you pay a small fee and you can leave your kids there for 3 hours playing with dinner included. They also have amazing parties and events in the summer for the kids. Shinsei Maribel is amazing with the kids and they all love and respect her.
