I had such a fantastic experience with Coco’s Landscaping & Construction!! Coco came to help when our newly renovated basement kept taking on water. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and correct all of the structural and waterproofing issues with the poorly built foundation. He also regraded the yard and rebuilt our patio which were also improperly done.Coco and his crew were punctual, reliable, skilled, extremely hard working and respectful of the neighbors and our space. They worked tirelessly to finish our project correctly and on time. After our horrible experience with our original builder and landscaper Coco and his crew were a breath of fresh air. These gentlemen did an excellent job waterproofing my basement for a great price. I did a lot of research on the proper way to waterproof beforehand and they did it perfectly. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards and putting things back the way it was. I have already referred him to my neighbors.

Cocos Landscaping was truly a blessing. We had a huge raspberry tree in our yard which was causing a lot of issues on our property. We receive a fair quote. The crew did an excellent job with removing the tree, and cleaned up the yard when done. I would definitely recommend Cocos Landscaping to anyone seeking their service.
