This is the worst airport I have ever traveled in. The staff at Delta were total jerks and not willing to help us. Our flight DL2449 has been delayed now for over 13 hours and nothing was done to help my family or the other passengers to get standby on the flights that made it out. I approached the representatives at the gate over and over asking for options. They gave me nothing. The one flight that made it out they never put me on standby until it was too late. The people here dont care about their customers.
