DO NOT USE. The cleaning itself is fine, nothing to complain about but nothing too great either. However, they are extremely unpunctual and would almost always arrive late. They are unresponsive, usually takes a few messages to get them to answer me. They also LEFT MY APARTMENT DOOR WIDE OPEN WITH MY DOG INSIDE, and said nothing to me about it. When I addressed it with them, they started mocking me asking if my dog knows how to open doors. DO NOT USE!!!!!

I take absolutely no pleasure in writing this less than glowing review but I feel it is necessary and can possibly help others. I filled out a form on Yelp, specifying my needs for a (deep) cleaning service as soon as possible, as we were expecting guests for a funeral. I had a budget of double what this company was asking for, knew what I needed, and expressed it clearly in writing. What I got in return was very sketchy and unprofessional at best. Frankly, using this company was a last resort for me because of other reviews of them constantly being late and even not showing up. My original appointment was changed to some hours later. This did not bother me so much because of the effort made to communicate clearly. However, that is where any decent communication began and ended. One woman showed up, speaking very little English. After not being able to effectively communicate, I called my friend to translate for me. I'm not sure how people think it is feasible to send someone to do a job when they are not able to communicate. This is very unprofessional. The woman told my friend she was instructed that she was here to clean for 2 hours. This is not what I asked for so I sent a text message to Jair asking if the fee was going to be modified. He said he'd reach out in 25 minutes. An hour later, a pregnant woman showed up, eating food from a container. She smiled but didn't say anything. Confused, I text Jair again, letting him know someone else showed up and asking if he could help me understand what was happening. At this point he called. I asked if the job and fee was being modified because the woman said she was to be there for 2 hours and although the bathrooms were "done", there were still cobwebs and areas missed. I felt like he was gaslighting me as he said, " Do you want them to stop and leave? Maybe the job was bigger than you thought. Deep cleaning is charged by the hour." Deep cleaning is EXACTLY what I asked for! I was more than prepared to pay for it with a nice tip! I didn't feel like arguing with him so I got off the phone. What the ladies cleaned, as in actually touched was fine, however, they missed the entire family room and what they did in some areas was half done. My fridge was done partially, leaving the second drawer and freezer completely untouched, along with the side shelving. Sadly, this is not a company I would recommend, nor will I be using them again which is a shame because this was my first experience with a much needed cleaning service, and I am in the market to continue, but not with this company. Because of the incomplete job that was done, I am in need of another cleaning service to clean what was ignored by this company. Service: Standard clean

DO NOT USE THEM I’ve used them a couple times now and before they was ok this time they cracked my glass table and didn’t finish cleaning my house and now they don’t want to answer the phone to either replace my table and finish cleaning they’ve blocked my number they are very rude and nasty all I want is my table replaced and a refund or for them to finish the job but they can’t even do that Service: Deep clean
