AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! The good reviews you are seeing were paid for I’m sure! BEWARE!!!! Initially we had good communication with Tyrone UNTIL he got our deposit (over $2k). We had a list of 10 items to finish and not 1 was complete in over a months time. He was never working when he said he’d be, FULL OF EXCUSES NON-STOP! Tyrone refuses to not only return calls, text messages or emails (in nearly 2 weeks), but he is not even returning our money even if he’s unable to finish the job! We have a signed contract and he has completely ghosted us. So upsetting how someone can earn your trust only to get money from you then do nothing as they said. Tyrone lied about work that was complete only to check and see that it was not done. This man is a LIAR. Does not deserve business from anyone and should be utterly ASHAMED OF HIS ACTIONS. ****IF YOU ENJOY JUST GIVING PEOPLE WHO LIE YOUR MONEY FOR DOING NOTHING THEN USE TYRONE!!!

I had this company do a new roof for me last year, so when I needed to renovate my kitchen and add a bathroom to my basement area and make it a space that my wife and I can entertain guest, it was a no brainier, these guys are really good at what they do, their rates are reasonable and they are very efficient, their honest guys and very professional, I don't mind at all giving them 5 stars, they earned it. Everything came out great and without a hitch..

We called Tyrone because we needed repairs done on our roof and in our sunroom. Another contractor had come and given an estimate, but stopped returning our calls. Tyrone had very good reviews on Google, so we tried him. We explained the situation and he told us he would take a look at it a few days later to give an estimate. The day he was supposed to come, he called to reschedule because one of his guys called out. Not a problem, it happens, so we reschedule for the next day. The next day, no one shows up. My husband reaches out to Tyrone, who says that someone texted and rang our doorbell but got no response so they left. Neither of us got a text. My husband works from home, the doorbell did not go off. When we asked if he planned to send someone over, he stopped responding to our texts and phone calls. Don't waste your time.
