I hired this service in lieu of not being able to book Stan____Steamer, who I normally use. I was quoted a price of $79 for one room. And $2 per stair. Once the tech arrived he told me my room size exceeded the size for the quoted amount. After I contested, they agreed to match the price that typically pay for Stan--- Steamer. The technician was very pleasant and accommodating. I asked that he focus on the high traffic areas as with Steamer, the areas usually come out nicely. The results were not the same as what I am used to, I am not sure if there was a pre treatment done or not but the tech went over the areas that I expressed concern over. The carpet os wet now, hopefully once dry there will be an obvious difference. Right now, I am not noticing any. The treatment appeared to be water based. Service: Carpet cleaning

I received an affordable quote immediately after calling them! No delays at all! The team is professional and very patient. My Persian rug was really soiled, but they were patient enough to clean it. It now looks as good as new! I am pleased by the non-toxic cleaning detergents they use. No residues left behind after drying.
