        The food, in my opinion, is very good and the restaurant has a nice Chinese cultural feel to it. Chen's is a traditional sit-down restaurant but also has a sushi bar right near the entrance. Overall, Chen's is a great restaurant and I recommend it to anybody living in or around the New Providence area and to people visiting the New Providence area.

        We had the sushi lunch specials and they were not very good. The seaweed was very tough and the spicy tuna/salmon rolls were not spicy. The miso soup was watered down and the dressing for the salad that comes with the lunch specials left a puddle of water at the bottom of the bowl. The waiter never stopped by to ask us how our food was and wasn't all that polite either. I will not be going back.
