Ana's Floral Garden

Arrangement did not have one of the bannors that was supposed to be on the arrangment. Calls to flrorist were not returned (one call someone picked up and hung up.) Later claimed the the correct bannors were on it? Would not feel comfortable using them in future??

Ana was so helpful and polite. Went above and beyond to satisfy. I'd give her a 20 if there were more stars in review. Very happy with my experience

Horrible customer service, awful delivery arrangement was left in my driveway unwrapped, and was dead.  Called to inform business of my displeasure with the situation and was screamed at and told they were overwhelmed and underpaid by FTD.  I then informed them I would use social media as recourse for their lack of customer service and contact FTD.  They told me they would rectify the situation and did not.

The Thanksgiving and Christmas arrangements from Ana's Floral are honestly the most creative and beautiful arrangements I have received. Orchids, Hydrangeas and tulips in the Christmas arrangement add so much to the standard roses, carnations and greens. Beautiful arrangement!

If I could take stars away, I would. I received a poor quality product coupled with the worst customer service Ive ever received. Save yourself some embarrassment and go anywhere but here. I phoned in an order for a bereavement arrangement and I upgraded to a premium arrangement because it was for my sister in law. The online picture was of a very full looking, dainty arrangement . However, when I walked in, I was mortified by what was delivered. I was so upset that I immediately called Annas. Rather than any apology, there was a litany of excuses - each more ridiculous than the last. We texted pictures back and forth and she truly thought the cheap looking thing she sent was acceptable. It doesnt even resemble what I ordered. As I said to her - if I wanted this much greenery, Id have ordered a plant. She never contacted me again after saying we could talk tomorrow. Instead, she stopped responding to all of my messages. I would not recommend that anyone patronize this establishment unless they enjoy awful customer service and wilting flowers.
