Ambulatory Surgical Pavilion at Robert Wood Johnson

The care is very good. The staff is caring and nice. But the wait time for a procedure can be long. I definitely would recommend them.

I have been dealing with sciatic pain for 13 longgggg months. After seeing an Orthopedic surgeon for years, all he treated me with was cortisone shots that did not work. Ive been in constant pain every day since my last shot. I had had enough and consulted with Dr. Jongco and his partner to move to the next level of treatment. I went today to receive 2 epidurals and not only am I pain free, I would like to thank the entire surgical team for their support, compassion and outstanding customer service. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you so very much!!!!

Horrible horrible place.  Unprofessional.  They make you WAIT!  Terrible nurses and staff.  So not transparent.  They don't care about patients.

Wow! An amazing experience. The nurses were professional, friendly, and helpful. I even got a call the next day just to make sure I was doing well. Top notch!

I would tell anybody who's thinking of coming here FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HAVE YOUR PROCEDURE!!!I was scheduled to have surgery on my eye with nj retina group and was called the day before by a nurse from ambulatory surgical telling me to stay home and that I would get a call late morning with the time to arrive. Late morning came and went so I called them and that started the afternoon run around.Nobody could give me a time and when I asked to speak with the nursing director, I got her voicemail 3 different times. At around 3:30 a nurse finally called me to tell me that my procedure had to be rescheduled!!!!! I demanded to know when this decision was made and why I wasn't called sooner?No one seemed to have an answerThat evening I was speaking to a friend who called to see how I made out and as I told her the story she asked me the name of the facility and when I told her she said they did the same exact thing to her dad!! They don't care about patients or how anxious they may be or whether you've been starving all day because it seems to me that this is a common practice for this surgery center. I CANCELLED my entire procedure and had my surgery done  with another doctor at a much better surgery center. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!I have never heard of someone being made to stay home the day of surgery and the surgery cancelled that day! Makes no sense to me.
