I have used Pete as a Real Estate Agent on 3 recent rental property purchases. There is no better resource on New Brunswick housing then Pete. The pairing of his Property Management experience where he knows rent rolls and how to maximize properties ROI is a huge asset. He is a great person to work with and would highly recommend using his company for property management, renovations, and as a RE Agent.

I don’t typically leave reviews but I wanted to make sure anyone who was looking for someone for their real estate needs, knew that THIS was their guy. I knew about Pete and Tverdov Housing from seeing his property management signs and headquarters in New Brunswick off of Easton Ave, as well as seeing him working with Rutgers athletes on social media. When I approached him to see if he would be interested in selling my home he enthusiastically said “of course” and I was blown away with him every step of the way there on out. He was well organized, super professional, easy to work with, super knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. His suggestions for showing the house I truly believed enhanced the property and assisted in the sale. Also his assistance and advice was invaluable when I needed to secure other professionals for minor repairs around the house. Not only was he able to sell my home in record time but he helped me find the RIGHT buyer to ensure we closed on time (and that person was the the RIGHT buyer for the home.) So in short if you are looking to buy, sell, rent, manage or repair a home, Tverdov Housing and their crew, can (and will) take great care of you.

Unprofessional. Barges in our house without any notice, disrespects tenants, and is rude in general

Would repeatedly enter rental he was helping to sell without notice whenever he felt like it and then would lie and try to cover up. Should have called the police for trespassing.
