I would like to share my experience dealing with BTM laundry. I use their service for the very first time in March of 2020 and my experience was horrible my clothes were returned to me dirty with stains and I personally went to the laundry in Edison where they're located and complained to the girl whose name was Emily and she actually called the owner on the phone I gave my order number and everything to her and the owner told her that she would call me the next day I haven't heard from anybody. So with that being said I would never use their service again they had the nerve to charge me $80 on top of it and then today June 10th I go and I look at my credit card statement and I noticed that they tried it use my card what service is I haven't even asked for or even wanted to use so I don't understand how they're trying to charge my card when they haven't done any laundry for me like I said since March because I don't use their service anymore after the way I was treated the owner never called me about the issue that occurred in March so why would I want to use their service again so why the hell are they trying to charge my card now June 5th was when the transaction was done. To me they're not professional and I would never recommend them to anyone that's my true experience with this company.
