Horrible service, served meat to a vegetarian party. Then tried to argue about it. Made the birthday girl cry. Cannot recommend to anyone who likes good service and a good time.

Awful customer service. Came in for a drink before my train to NYC and asked to use the restroom. Greeter said he didnt trust me and took my ID as insurance. I paid for my drink and left immediately.

Came with a party of 8 upbeat and happy individuals. By the time we left we were all upset, disappointed and vowed never to go back. One single chef on a Saturday night is ridiculous. Saturday is the only day I can spend with my family who I dont get to see every day. We were celebrating a birthday and we chose this establishment to celebrate in, but it just was not good. My husband ordered a beer and was asked if he wanted it neat or on the rocks? Then was told they dont have the beer 20 minutes later. We got our apps, they were hot but we didnt get our food until 1 HOUR later. Even the servers made their own food before our table. I get it, they have to eat too. But our waitress placed their hot plate of food RIGHT NEXT to our table after wed been waiting for an HOUR. We wanted to get the check and leave but our waitress kept saying our food was next. Not to mention it was EXTREMELY loud in there with the karaoke in the back and dj up front, and if youre trying to talk to each other while the door to the karaoke room is open, forget about it. I dont want a cookie cutter, sorry you had a bad experience reply, so dont bother, STAFF your restaurant and stop being cheap. Making one person work like a dog/chicken with their head cut off on a Saturday IS NOT COOL. It makes the waitresses jobs harder and the WHOLE experience poor for EVERYONE ESPECIALLY when 10 wings and 3 drums costs $29.99!! No. Just no. If you go be prepared to wait forever for everything, THERES ONLY ONE CHEF. And if youre a beer drinker be prepared to be asked if you want ice in it.
