My family and I have been very pleased with my mom's caretaker, Loren, over the past 5 weeks. She has been interested in learning my mom's schedule, habits and likes/dislikes and has applied her caring skills in my mom's rehabilitation. We greatly appreciate her efforts on my mom's behalf!

I could rate our home care as one of the most efficient and results oriented agencies for helping aged people. My mother applied for a Live-In job last year around December. She went through the hiring process. The hiring manager told her she will start working around January. January came, we had not hear anything from them. So I emailed the hiring manager for updates. There were no replies nor call backs. Basically this hiring manager is unprofessional, rude and tired of the job.
