Frutta Bowls

Put in an order through the app and it said my order would be ready for pick-up at 10:15. The store said open, but the doors were locked, other customer were trying to get in as well. I called and even came back at 11:00. No such luck! What a waste of my time and I was charged with out getting my food.

Order was wrong, mangos weren't ripe, and they didn't have any hot coffee because they "didn't make any"

I’m very honest with my reviews so I’ll just say this. I added an extra star because I like the idea of this place. I’ve gone twice because I like what they offer on the menu. Both times my toast was burnt, like burnt tasting and crunchy smh. My smoothie was just ok, it wasn’t smooth and was more chunky, I couldn’t even sip through the tiny straw. I also wish the young girls standing at the counter could say “have a nice day” or “thank you” when handing over my bag instead of looking at me like I have 3 heads. If those changes were made, this would be a great place.
