I went there as a walk in. Granted, I was pleased with the fact that they took me right away however, there's a definite language barrier. Every time I asked the girl doing my hair a question, the girl next to her had to translate! I'm now realizing that the cut they gave me was a very bad cut! Of course I didn't know it was a bad cut until I washed my hair myself and blew it out! You walk out looking beautiful but it's deceiving! I have an issue with the fact that the girl that was supposed to be doing my hair didn't actually cut it as well. I also have an issue with the fact that they don't like to blow dry your hair if they can help it which to me is lazy. They claim that they don't like blow drying because all the heat is bad for your hair but I don't think sitting under a dryer for an hour with rollers is any better. I also noticed that they still used the blow dryer on people after the roller set and then the flat iron after that so that's a load of crap! So not only did they chop my hair, they also went much shorter than I asked! I'm disappointed because I had heard so many good things about them but suffice it to say, I won't ever go back!
