I want to thank Sheryl and Bert for helping me out of a unexpected and urgent situation last week. I was on my way to a business meeting a few hours away where I had to speak at early in the afternoon and just as I started out my flat tire light came on in the car. I pulled in and went to the desk and they took me immediately for gathering all my information. Sheryl was very patient with me when my boss called and I was on the phone while working with her at the same time... which I know can aggravate most people but she was very understanding, patient and professional about it. They took me right away and Bert expertly repaired my tire in under 45 minutes and got me on the road where I arrived on time!. This was due to their actions!. The other sears team were also made aware of my urgent need to leave and they all worked together and made a meaningful and positive impact on my day and work. Thank you!
