Updated review after company attempts to cover themselves: As you can see by the company reply, they still fail to accept any wrongdoing and I am out $1000 for a $500 service. I provided evidence and they refused to accept the statements I provided by claiming I was reading them incorrectly. Individuals make mistakes but the two payments for the same service was processed on two separate cards minutes apart and the receipt provided after online payments have no information about the card used or a transaction number. The company claims they are not aware but I received confirmation for their system for two confirmed payments. Original Review: I was double charged for a nearly $500 service. Over a month later and the company claims they do not have two payments for the same service even though their system provided me 2 confirmations messages and I provided evidence of duplicate payments through statements and confirmation from my bank. If I wanted any service I needed to reach out since they never initiated the conversation. Not sure how many of us can afford to pay double for an already unexpected & expensive service but I would not recommend paying with their third party system since they have no visibility into the transactions occurring.
