Dr. Midlige and his staff are terrific! I feel like I am visiting friends and of course the quality of work is beyond compare.
At my recent appointment for an examination and cleaning, not only was the work flawless, but because of their in house Dental Insurance, of which I am a member, the entire visit was free! Five Stars for Dr. Midlige and staff!! How much better can it get? Alyson Pearl

I have been a patient of Dr. Midlige for over 10 years. I always have a good experience for my 6 month checkups. Dr. Midlige is competent, caring, trustworthy, and a very skilled dentist. His office staff are highly professional, talented, and friendly!

Great, Kind, Friendly, Helpful, Understanding, Knowledgeable, Awesome, and so much more! Dr. Midlige, Gabby, Kristen, May and Jen are a one of a kind team. It is so hard to find a doctor nowadays that wholeheartedly cares and it's even harder to find a staff that is kind, not rude, patient, not in a hurry. Dr. Midlige is backed by a great staff.
I went through hell before being referred to Lifetime Smiles. I was in pain for 5 years and have gone through 3 other dentist. No one seemed to listen or care. My experience before Lifetime Smiles was horrible and scary but as soon as I sat in the chair I felt relieve for the first time in 5 years. Gabby and Dr. Midlige reassured me that they believed that something was wrong and they took the time to listen to me. I never felt rushed in the chair and I felt comfortable and in great hands. Another plus was they have their own "insurance" plan which helped my fiance and me out tremendously. This office truly cares. I highly recommend!!!
