I hired them to waterproof my basement in 2019. The salesman talked a good talk and wouldn't take no for an answer. Their service ran about $10K. He had me convinced that my basement would never see water again. Less than 2 years later, my basement is soaked every time it rains hard. I've been in communication with them since May to get someone out to fix it, which is covered by their warranty, and we have scheduled many different times but no one ever shows up. Each time I call, it's as if it's the first time they're hearing about the issues. My next step will be to take legal action. Services: Installation, Waterproofing

We bought a house in cherry hill and the previous owner prepaid aqua guard 3500 for a metal rod install in our basement to help with a wall that was starting to bend. So far, we have called them numerous times with no response and will be shortly looking to chargeback that payment to go with another company that actually responds to its customers

This company is the worst. I got my basement worked on in January of 2020 and have had the worst experience with shoddy, incomplete work and breaking my personal belongings that it makes no sense. I am still trying to get this company to come out and repair their shoddy work. I get appointment times that are not respected and now I can't get in touch with anyone after several calls/messages/texts. My next step is to file a lawsuit so I can get a more professional company to do the job right.
