        Horrible customer service. There was an issue with my order and whoever I spoke to on the phone was impolite when I was trying to explain the issue and didnt do anything to help. "There's nothing we can do, okay bye", is what I was told. Edit: The passive-aggressive tone in the Owner's reply proves my exact point about the lack of polite customer service. No apology, just a condescending undertone. 2nd Edit: The incident in the owner's reply is unrelated to me. My order didn't consist of anything that was just named in their response. I have no idea what they're talking about. Nonetheless, whoever it is that's continuously responding to my review is even further validating my point about the lack of customer service skills. There's a better way to address customers. Please think twice about visiting this establishment if you value friendly customer service.

        Fantastic service and food was amazing. We had the Tom Yum soup, mussels appetizer, Ocean Pacific (pictured) and Panama Curry - we highly recommend all of these. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free; no onions.

      I discussed with the team. Your issue is about Chicken missing in the VEG dish request you ordered? The couple of times you called, server took their time to explain this not only to you but to your husband as well that your online order, confirmation, email receipt and pickup receipt all concur. Again, here is the order you placed. 1x Noodles: Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodle) Options: Option: Vegetable, Spice Level: Medium (2 Stars)So you blaming our staff for cooking your order as per the order request? We try to resolve issues the best we can within our reach. You can always reach out to us on our corporate email where we can look deeper into the issues also. On the repeated call, the server explained you that there is not much we can do at the point when the order has already been picked up and is on your table ready to be consumed. And, there’s nothing wrong with that statement.
