Came out on a Saturday for an emergency. Cleared out the main sewer line and put everything back to order. Tom was professional and explained everything in advance and was patient enough to answer all of my questions.

Within a half hour of our waterheater leaking he was at the house and had it done in 1 hour.Installed a high quality heater and charged a fair price for an emergency job.

I saw a jack hess post a review on another company that does same type of business. It was a low review, with no description. If jack hess posted, he should stop as it looks like deceptive business practice and generally is not nice. In my opinion it makes this company look desperate for business. If someone posted under his name, hopefully, he can figure out who and have them stop. As always, I believe you should always research a company before having them do any work. For me, seeing that along with other Google reviews was enough for me to not use jack hess heating and plumbing. So please note, this review is not on actual work done, but only what I saw as troubling for me, which was enough for me to avoid this company. If anyone else had a good experience, that is good. For me, if i see what appears to be competitors poting negative review on another company with no description, when researching companies, that is certainly enough to make me worry about the companies motives and not use them for any work.. I hope this was helpful
