Framework Pilates

I am loving my new journey and so happy to finally step foot into this studio, after years of being afraid to step outside of my comfort zone. Everyone is warm and welcoming, exactly what I needed.

This studio is wonderful! The instructors are helpful, knowledgeable and encouraging. Jill is fantastic and I love going here! Absolutely obsessed with pilates now and looking forward to going for more classes!

I am extremely pleased that Framework Pilates has not only survived the pandemic but it has thrived! There are more classes every day of the week. I love that there are professional, classical instructors to chose from. I have been to 4 different instructors and have found each and every classical class to have a special twist. The love of teaching is prevalent with the instructors and has allowed me to truly search for my core. I am lucky to have found this studio and happy to be a regular attendee.

All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel like I get a great workout without having to worry about injury.
