Frustration over frustration since my mortgage was sold to this company... i kind of regret for being homeowner for the 1st time... wooorst company ever...no wonder why so many bad reviews.. customer service probably the worst in the world.... id give this company - 100.000 stars...how do i get out of this????

Poor customer service. GREAT example of why we should NOT outsource jobs from American workers. They are rude and when asked to speak to a supervisor you dont get one.

I strongly advise against doing business with this bank. I have had a frustrating experience trying to resolve an issue with my property flood insurance. Despite multiple calls, the agents I've spoken with seem untrained and unable to assist me. Calls have been dropped, and follow-up calls have not been returned. My issue remains unresolved, and I've lost confidence in their ability to provide adequate service. Urgent training is needed to improve their customer support.

This company is currently trying to scam my 80 year old grandma. All taxes have been paid at city hall in cash. Phh mortgage is claiming she doesn't pay them. They want 3k or threatening foreclosure

This place is just as bad (if not worse) as Ocwen. My grandmother has had nothing but trouble with these people. She's on a fixed income, has applied countless times for a loan modification only for them to keep telling her they can't help but they can help her sell her house. Are they insane? She wants her house. Has had it since 1970. These people can kick rocks. I'm currently looking into some possibilities for refinance if I can help her get away from these criminals. *Editing to add to make sure you keep records of everything! These people have "misplaced" payments when my grandmother has sent them in, told her that she had to remedy this (meaning, find the money to pay it again), and then caused her to become 3 months in default of the mortgage. We've had the post office do an inquiry of where these money orders are. Two were found to be cashed by them. The other is "missing" or, according to them, was "never sent". Do not trust these people. Get away if you can. Please save yourselves the heartache! Still looking into other alternatives. It's taking some time. We may be closer to refinancing. *Edit 2: Oh this is interesting... They closed their online payment portal? It's almost like they want people's payments to come in late so that they can stack up late charges? Very, very interesting... I'm definitely calling someone (not phh) about this.
