Oki Data has to have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I was supposed to receive a package today for my companies printer and they decide to call me the day I am supposed to receive my shipment to say there was a problem with my payment. The lady Nancy that works at the Mount Laurel, NJ locations tells me she was sick and that's the reason she's calling me today instead of the 19th when I originally placed me order. When I asked if they can waive the shipping fee they said they can't. I called the support number and spoke to a Patrick which wasn't much more help either. They made a "ticket" and stated they will get back to me. They never did. So I call them back at the end of the day and I talk to someone new. The gentleman Rick says he will review my ticket and puts me on hold. When he gets back on the phone, he has the nerve to lie and say someone called me yesterday and explained to a "Jennifer" (which there's no Jennifer that works in my office, there's no missed call, and my phone calls are recorded which means there's absolutely no record of this so called phone call on January 20) that there was a problem with our payment. I can't believe it. They have the nerve to lie, can't comply with the customer if they're unhappy, and I still have to pay $30 for shipping ontop of $260 dollars for the product.
