Maybe you should hire the people on food stamps to work bc Id gladly work here and have actual compassion and genuine care for people seeking help. The people who work here are horrible the attitudes are beyond me and it makes no sense !!
You can wait on the phone for over an hour and still get no answer. You can leave 100 voicemails in a week and get no call back and if you do, youll get it back weeks sometimes months later they neglect to do their job and mail out important paperwork for recertification etc and theres almost no one to talk to you about it not everyone has a way to the office to fix a mistake on your endi absolutely HATE this place. Theres no excuse for poor service and lack of empathy.

This place sucks! They always short staff nobodys there to help you. Everything is online you put your paperwork on time they dont get it until late then they blame you for not putting it in early is the worst its gotten even bad after Covid they need help so much help, I wish they would get it together and really be able to do more for their people in need

They definitely do help if you are willing to be patient, calm and thick skinned. Most people here do have an attitude, but if you are willing to get past that they will help.
