Advantage Roofing

I watched these guys do my neighbor's roof and they had it done in two days with no mess. She's thrilled. I called three roofers for a leak and they were the only ones to call me back. They haven't done the work yet but I was really happy that he gave me options that weren't just "replace the roof" which I can't afford right now. You can bet that when I do come up with the money they'll get that job.

tldr; showed for initial meet, provided a verbal quote, never returned any phone calls or e-mails My initial contact with Advantage Roofing was quite positive. The person who showed seemed very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We discussed full replacement to our flat roof (TPO) and we also indicated that we were considering a remodel to the space which would dramatically change the roof line/material. They seemed to understand and recommended a contractor to discuss the larger remodel IF we were to pursue that. We agreed to talk in a few days after we had made a decision. We met with their recommended contractor who indicated the remodel would not be as easy as we thought and based on their recommendation, we opted to pursue the flat roof replacement. Unfortunately, Advantage returned no calls or e-mails over several weeks. I finally got the message that I had been ghosted and I find this behavior very unprofessional. Why 2 stars? At the very least they showed up and made a good recommendation for the new flat roofing material. We did eventually find another firm who performed the job quite well and under budget.

Brian Advantage Roofing is trustworthy, honest & dependable. I had a roofing problem which was not Advantage problem. I called Brian because Advantage installed the roof & they fixed the siding which was the problem for no charge. Bellmawr John
