        Do not rent here! I rented a vehicle and the owner told me that it is illegal in nj now to rent a truck without at least purchasing the collision insurance. She insisted that I could not rent the truck without it. She blatantly lied and when I called back to discuss, she followed up with several other lies trying to justify demanding the add on was a necessity. She was very rude to me and, only after reaching out to customer service, did she call back and offer me a refund. It is one thing to make a mistake in your business but intentionally taking advantage and stealing money from customers is outrageous

        Owen was very helpful prior to my trip allowing me to see different size trucks which helped assess my need. Arlene was very helpful during my trip returned calls promptly answering questions about EZ-pass tag ( it's not implemented in NJ yet ) Thank you for great service
