We are thankful we had Chris to see us through buying in this crazy market. We dealt with a lot of uncertainty being first-time homebuyers, but Chris never failed to arm us with the necessary information and wisdom to make solid decisions. Working with Chris to buy our first home was such a great decision. We came into our house search looking at both single family and multi family homes across many neighborhoods in jersey. Chris was more than willing to go through the process of narrowing down what we wanted and where. He was always available to talk on the phone and answer the many questions that popped up along the way. We ended up buying a multi fam in Somerville and leveraged Chris assessment of the area to help us structure a strong offer.
