The service Ken provided before the sale was very good. However, after the sale, he did not respond to questions, did not give us information he said he would, and did not refund a small amount of money owed to us. After 2 months he finally said he would send a check but 2 weeks later we have still not heard from him.

1 year later and two mudroom cabinets are still not finished. Took 8 months for the order to come in. A side piece should have come with proper trim, but instead we are left with a cheap piece of veneer that is not glued on properly.
