Harry called me back and asked me to text my info to him and gave me a window of 3-5 PM the next day. It was getting close to 5 PM and I hadn't heard from him so I texted, "Are you running late?" He said he was on his way but when I smelled the alcohol on him I could tell he must have forgotten about me. He still seemed professional so I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. He told me that he would email me an estimate the next day. I still haven't received an estimate a week later. Not a reliable company. Go somewhere else.

I cannot say enough about our experience with Aspen HVAC. We had a central air unit that would not even cool the first floor of our 2 story home. After 7 years of running window units throughout our entire house and dealing with very large electric bills, We decided to fix the problem. We brought in 6 HVAC contractors and Aspen won us over. Harry was very thorough, responsive to our many questions, and hands on throughout the entire process. His crew worked tirelessly for 4 days straight to repair/replace/seal ductwork, install a 2nd floor A/C unit, and replace the furnace/heater and hot water heater. They were meticulous and clean, and a pleasure to work with. Perfect timing! Every step of the process was handled in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. Upon first meeting with Harry; his willingness to explain all the details and answer my needs and concerns were met. He was both knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I was very impressed with the smooth process of contracting the project and all intricate involved to starting the installation. Your technicians were great! They were friendly and quite skilled; as was evident in the quality of the work.
