        I came in today to pick up a new screen protector and purchase a new phone case for my iPhone 12. Daniel assisted me by pointing me to the direction of the cases, putting on my new screen protector and ringing up my purchase. He was very welcoming, helpful, and personable. I will definitely return to this location for assistance with my phone plan if needed.

        My phone was having issues charging so customer service shipped a replacement phone over to the store. I received a phone call from customer service saying the phone was ready for pick up and sent me a link with the tracking number showing it was delivered the previous day. I showed up to the store and they are saying the phone hasn't arrived and they will be calling me as soon as they find it... What...

        SO GREAT! I stopped into the T-Mobile store in the Moorestown Mall because my screen cracked on my iPhone. I was helped by Zach and Stephanie. Not only were they very helpful but knowledgeable of their products and services. Quick service!! Got me in and out. Will be back.
