Our company recently upgraded our copier. Brad and Alex were very accessible when needed. They also followed up to see if everything was going well with the transition to the new copier. Alex even assisted us when we couldn't figure out a feature on the new copier.

I always know I am in good hands with Brian Spilatro and Sharp Business Systems. Brian has been our Senior Account Manager for years and is always professional and responsive. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always willing to go that extra mile to resolve any issues, provide solutions and/or answer any questions. With even good customer service so hard to come by these days, Brian takes it to a whole other level and I would highly recommend him. We couldn't be happier!
